Contact us as soon as possible for refunds. If the work has not started, we will provide a full refund.
If the work has already started, we will provide you with a partial refund based on the status of the order.
A full refund will be issued if the work is not completed by the deadline. However, if there are any delays with the order, the estimated delivery date will be extended, and no refunds will be made in such cases.
After the work is completed and the report is sent, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once issued, refunds usually take up to 5 business days to complete.
